Absolutely wonderful, very closed to the beach, friendly staff, ive got all my energy back , room is clean, breakfasts were good.

A room was booked for a VIP customer for one night with bed and breakfast. Unfortunately, due to severe weather conditions, traveling to the island was not possible, and we informed the hotel accordingly. Despite this, their policy was strictly non-refundable, which we accepted. However, when we requested an alternative option such as rescheduling for another date, the Kaani team did not provide any flexibility, even after direct contact.
It is disappointing to see such rigid policies applied in circumstances beyond anyone’s control. In the Maldives, when the sea is rough and strong winds prevent travel, guests should reasonably expect some accommodation. Sadly, this was not the case, and I cannot recommend this property if timely travel is uncertain.
The response we received when requesting alternatives was:
"Unfortunately we do not have alternative option, hotel booking policy dictates these terms and conditions when making a booking."

Seaview is a must if you will be choosing any of the Kaani hotels' room. Seaview rooms are often in demand and on high prices but lucky enough to be able to book 2 days during peak season, same day. Staff and excursion teams are very helpful, theybreally do their best to take care of you. Team Octopus(excursion team) really takes care of you and get you nice pictures and videos of the excursion. 1 day tour is a must to get in Maafushi Island. Bfast is decent but dont eat too much if you will be doing the sharkbay tour as you will be proned to seasick. 5 days travel to Maldives as a whole is a enough.

Расположение отеля не самое лучшее - рядом стройка. Вечно грохот и шум, особенно по вечерам и ночью. Завтраки однообразные, омлет, сосиски и всякие булочки. Обед и ужин не брали. Но в отеле никто не обедал и не ужинал, просто не вкусно, однообразно и дорого.
Единственное что понравилось- это вид из окна.
Обслуживание в отеле неплохое. Но все положительные эмоции и впечатления от отеля испортила одна неприятная ситуация. Есть в отеле управляющий, называет себя мистер Кани. Доброй души человек, при встрече улыбается, жмет руку, спрашивает как дела, но по факту оказался с гнильцой.
При выезде начал предъявлять претензии по поводу стеклянной бутылки (в них подают питьевую воду в номер) с отколотым горлышком, что это якобы мы её разбили. Все эти выяснения продолжались минут 10, мы объясняли ему, что такую бутылку принёс уборщик, что мы её не били..... В итоге он, Кани, даже не извинился, а просто сказал "идите от сюда". Очень было неприятно. Будьте внимательны с этим типом Кани!
Вот вам и отель 4 звезды. С таким Кани, не больше 2 звёзд...

房間很大，出門就是比基尼??沙灘，訂的3人房，無論床，廁所，沖涼房都很大，我住過3個酒店，在富士島這是最好的選擇，下次還住這里

看攻略説一般中國人會被安排在樓層比較低的地方，本次入住了7天也是被安排在了2樓。但是覺得二樓的風景也非常不錯，房間比較大。低樓層的好處是可以看到沙灘和椰子樹看個人喜好吧，我覺得這個房間還蠻好的。

房間安排在一個拐角 只能看到海的一個邊邊 看到很多評論説中國人就被安排在低矮的樓層 也許是我們四人間只有拐角的房型 這個都不糾結了
房間里面沒有牙刷牙膏 真的無語 明明是家庭房 怎麼可能這麼基礎的東西都不配備 加了一個微信 自稱他就叫“卡尼”發了訊息請麻煩送下洗漱用品 直接不回覆 最後還是自己下樓去前臺拿的 1K+一晚的房間 就這樣的一個設施 錢太好賺了 差評！
第二天吃早餐 拿個煎蛋明顯的區別對待 中國人等了一輪又一輪 好多插隊的印度人 廚師主動把煎蛋給他們先放到盤子里 插隊太明顯了
離店的時候需要自己提行李去海邊坐船 沒有送
下次再來馬富士 不會再選擇這家酒店
